Hospice Support Services

Omni Care Hospice Support Services - Man with Hospice Staff

Consider us your support team encompassing not only the needs of the patient but the family members as well.

At Omni Care Hospice, we are sensitive to the needs of our patients and their families. Increasing the quality of life for an individual with a life-limiting condition can be stressful and requires support outside of just the medical field.

That’s why we offer hospice support services to each individual we work with and their loved ones. We want to be your support system.

We can help alleviate the burden of coordinating care.

Our social workers can help communicate the patient’s needs to their team of medical personnel or provide assistance with filling out insurance forms and addressing any insurance issues that come up.

Hospice Isn’t Just for the Patient!

Here at Omni Care, we understand that this is a time of transition for everyone involved, and it may be emotional or stressful at times. That’s why our philosophy is to work with all who are involved and provide as much support as we can.

We’re all in this together! As a general rule, hospice social workers follow the wishes and requests of the family. They are available to offer a more holistic approach during this end-of-life transition that encompasses physical and emotional needs not only of the patient but also for the family.
