About Omni Care Hospice
Omni Care Hospice, a veteran-owned company, is a family of healthcare professionals working together with patients and their families to provide comforting hospice care through, medical, emotional and spiritual support.
Our hospice family is comprised of:
- Case Managers (Registered Nurses)
- CNA’s (Certified Nursing Aides)
- Medical Social Workers
- Trained Volunteers
- Medical Directors (hospice physician)
This team, known as the IDT (Inter-Disciplinary Team), works together under the supervision of your physician to design and implement a specific plan for the patient and family during this time.
Omni Care’s staff is highly-trained in hospice care and works very closely with the physician and family to provide the best and most accessible care to you and your loved ones. Our goal is to provide a quality of life through hospice care.
Dennis Silva is a nurse with over 20 years of Health Care experience in Nursing, Sales and Administration. He is also one of the Co-Founders of Omni Care Hospice. With Dennis’s experience in leadership and compassion he will ensure that everyone will experience the family atmosphere that is provided by Omni Care Hospice.
Augustine " Gus" Farias
CFO & Administrator
Gus has over 20 years in the senior care industry from home health, assisted living and hospice care. He assisted in the founding of Omni and lead the agency through the accreditation process. With his experience and leadership, he continues to lead team Omni.
Roel “ROY” Landa
Executive Board Member
Roy is an entrepreneur in the health care industry. As founder of several home health agencies in several states along with a school of nursing he has brought and continues to bring Team Omni a great wealth of knowledge and experience. Roy’s leadership continues to drives Omni’s mission.

Marlene set the pace and vision for great patient care and customer service. Her eleven plus years of day to day hands on leadership has set team Omni a path to success.
Director of Operations
Ashley has over 24 years of Healthcare Administrative experience with the last 17 years dedicated to Home Health and Hospice. Ashley’s leadership skills and expertise in Processes, Administrative Policies and Procedures, Payroll & Human Resources continue to lead the Omni Care Hospice Support and Field Staff.
